In the last few months, SSA has proposed and finalized a number of regulations that directly impact the representation of disability claimants.  Don’t go uninformed!  Join NOSSCR staff Stacy Cloyd and Lea Ko to learn more about these rules and regulations, with particular focus on the program uniformity regulations (aka the 5-day rule), and how they will affect your practice!  All recently finalized rules will be discussed.

Stacy Cloyd is NOSSCR’s Director of Policy and Administrative Advocacy. In her role at NOSSCR, Cloyd advocates for laws, regulations, policies, and public perceptions that preserve and strengthen Social Security. She also served as the senior domestic policy analyst at Bread for the World Institute, an anti-hunger and anti-poverty advocacy organization. Ms. Cloyd graduated from Smith College and received her law degree and a Master’s degree in urban planning from the University of Michigan.
